肾性贫血中医认识及中西医治疗研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Understanding and Treatment \of Renal Anemia

文章主要根据近年来中西医治疗肾性贫血的相关文献进行总结,综述了肾性贫血的研究进展,结果表明,临床采用中西医结合疗法对延缓慢性肾脏病进展有效,改善肾性贫血临床症状、有效减少并发症、降低副作用、依从性较高;低氧诱导因子–脯氨酰羟化酶抑制剂(罗沙司他)降低心脑血管危险事件、给药便捷;为中医联合西医治疗肾性贫血提供了科学依据。

The article mainly summarizes the research progress of renal anemia based on the literature re-lated to the treatment of renal anemia by Chinese and Western medicine in recent years, and re-views the research progress of renal anemia. The results show that the clinical use of combined Chinese and Western medicine is effective in delaying the progression of chronic kidney disease, improving the clinical symptoms of renal anemia, effectively reducing complications, reducing side effects, and having higher compliance;hypoxia-inducing factor-prolyl hydroxylase inhibi-tor-Rosarostat reduces cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk events and is easy to administer;it provides a scientific basis for the combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of renal anemia.
