黄炎培职业教育思想对新时代“工匠精神”教育价值培育研究

Research on Cultivating the Educational Value of “Spirit of Craftsmanship” in the New Era by Yanpei Huang’s Vocational Education Thought

建设中国特色社会主义,必须树立中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信。现在提倡“工匠精神”,许多学者都曾多次从德国、日本等国家寻求灵感。“工匠精神”这一概念出现在2016年的《政府工作报告》中,宣示“培育工匠精神”的诉求已上升为国家意志和全民共识。在职业教育培养技艺方面,黄炎培的职业教育思想蕴含着丰富的技艺教育价值。从培养技艺的角度探讨黄炎培职业教育思想的价值衍生,将为黄炎培职业教育思想的研究开辟一条新的道路和一个新的领域。建立“四个自信”对中国职业教育的发展具有重要意义。

To build socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must establish confidence in the path, theory, system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Nowadays, the spirit of craftsmanship is advocated, and many scholars have sought inspiration from Germany, Japan and other countries for many times. The concept of “spirit of craftsmanship” appeared in 2016 the Government Work Report, which shows that the pursuit of “cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship” has become the will of the state and the consensus of the people. In the aspect of cultivating skills in vocational education, Yanpei Huang’s vocational education thought contains a rich value in skills education. Exploring the value derivation of Yanpei Huang’s vocational education thought from the perspective of cultivating skills will open up a new road and a new field for the research of Yanpei Huang’s vocational education thought. Establishing “The Four-sphere Confidence” is of great significance to the development of China’s vocational education.
