This article expounds the understanding of the system of “Three-wide Education” from the perspec-tive of ideological and political counselors in colleges, and discusses the role of counselors in “Three-wide Education” in colleges: the leader of ideological and political theory education, the organizer of party history learning and education, social responsibility education guide and social skills education teacher. College ideological and political counselors escort the healthy growth of students and help students build their dreams and set sail to achieve their ideals.
