五育并举视域下高职学生心理健康现状与对策研究——以重庆青年职院为例

摘要 随着经济社会快速发展,学生成长环境不断变化,叠加新冠疫情影响,当前高职学生心理问题和危机事件高发、频发,心理问题和抑郁检出呈现低龄化特点。高职院校心理育人工作亟需进步和发展,尤其在教育和服务两方面。针对这一供需矛盾,大部分学校建立完善了“校–院–班–寝”四级心理健康工作体系及心理危机干预体系。在此基础之上,探索建立一套融合三个课堂,四级联动,五方协同,政校家医社融合发力的“大心理健康”工作体系与模式势在必行。 The rapid economic and social development has significantly altered the environments in which students grow up. Additionally, the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic has led to a high frequency of psychological issues and crisis events among vocational college students, with psychological problems and depression being detected at increasingly younger ages. Psychological education in higher vocational colleges is in urgent need of progress and development, especially in education and service. In view of this contradiction between supply and demand, most schools have established and improved the four-level mental health work system of “college-faculty-class-dormitory” and the psychological crisis intervention system. On this basis, it is imperative to explore and establish a set of “big mental health” working system and model that integrates three classrooms, operates at four levels of linkage, coordinates five parties, and harnesses the combined efforts of government, schools, families, medical institutions, and communities.
