摘要
目的研究拇指指端缺损利用改良局部推进皮瓣修复治疗的效果。方法分别选取2019年6月-2020年1月30例拇指指端缺损患者30指,建立对照组给予患者大鱼际处筋膜瓣转移术治疗,并选取2020年2~9月收治的拇指指端缺损患者30例30指,建立观察组,患者采用改良局部推进皮瓣修复的方法治疗。观察两组患者治疗后恢复效果,并总结相关的治疗经验。结果两组患者治疗后患者恢复效果比较,观察组各项指标评分均明显高于对照组,组间评分差异显著(P<0.05),两组恢复优良率比较,观察组(86.67%)高于对照组(60.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在拇指指端缺损的治疗当中,采用改良局部推进皮瓣修复治疗的方法,可使患者治疗后皮肤质量更加接近正常水平,指端感觉接近正常、拇指指垫可靠,修复效果理想,总体治疗效果非常好。
Objective To study the effect of using improved local advance skin flap to repair the defect of thumb and finger.Methods 30 fingers of 30 patients with thumb finger end defects were selected from June 2019 to January 2020 respectively.The control group was treated with fascia metastasis at the great fish interface.30 fingers of 30 fingers of thumb finger defects treated from February 2020 to September 2020 were selected to establish observation group.The patients were treated with modified local push flap.The recovery effect of the two groups was observed and the relevant treatment experience was summarized.Results After treatment,the recovery effect of the two groups was compared.The scores of each index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good recovery rate of the two groups was 86.67%higher than that of the control group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of the defect of the thumb and finger,the improved local advance skin flap can make the patient’s skin quality more close to the normal level after treatment,the feeling of the finger tip is close to normal,the thumb pad is reliable,the repair effect is ideal,and the overall treatment effect is very good.
