摘要
目的探讨课题达成型品管圈在老年慢性心衰患者微型营养管理中的应用效果。方法以"基于NST协调构建老年慢性心衰患者微型营养管理模式"为本期品管圈活动主题,遵循计划-执行-检查-行动(PDCA)循环,按照品管十大步骤开展活动,评价活动后有形成果、无形成果。结果活动实施后,老年慢性心衰患者血NT-proBNP平均水平、MNA-HF评分、生活质量评分、白蛋白水平、压力性损伤发生率、患者满意度均优于实施前。结论课题达成型品管圈活动能有效改善老年慢性心衰患者的营养状况,并有效构建了老年慢性心衰患者微型营养管理模式。
Objective To explore the application effect of project achievement quality control circle in micro nutrition management of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Taking "NST based micro nutrition management model for elderly patients with chronic heart failure" as the theme of this QCC activity,following the PDCA cycle,the activities were carried out according to the ten steps of quality control,and the tangible and intangible results after the activities were evaluated.Results After the implementation of the activity,the average level of blood NT-proBNP,MNA-HF score,quality of life score,albumin level,incidence of stress injury and patient satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were better than those before the implementation.Conclusion The project type QCC activity can effectively improve the nutritional status of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,and effectively build a micro nutrition management model for elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
