牵正散内服外敷联合腹针治疗周围性面瘫急性期患者对相关症状及H-B评分的影响

Effect of External Application combined with Abdominal Acupuncture on Related Symptoms and H-B Scores in Patients with Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的观察牵正散内服外敷联合腹针治疗周围性面瘫急性期患者对相关症状及H-B评分的影响。方法随机抽取我院于2018年3月至2019年3月期间收治的60例周围性面瘫患者为观察对象,所有患者均处于急性期,根据随机分配的方式,将其分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30),对照组患者给予常规腹针治疗方式,观察组患者给予牵正散内服外敷联合腹针治疗措施,对比两组患者的临床症状改善效果及对H-B评分的影响。结果观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,治疗后H-B量表评分显著高于对照组,中医症状积分低于对照组;同时观察组患者FDIP评分显著高于对照组,FDIS评分显著低于对照组,治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论牵正散内服外敷联合腹针治疗周围性面瘫急性期患者效果显著,能够有效改善其临床症状,提升面部神经功能恢复效果,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Qianzheng powder combined with abdominal acupuncture on related symptoms and H-B score in patients with peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage.Methods 60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly selected as the observation objects.All patients were in the acute stage.According to the random distribution,they were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The control group was given conventional abdominal acupuncture,and the observation group was given Qianzheng powder for internal and external application combined with abdominal acupuncture The clinical symptoms and H-B scores were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the H-B scale score after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the TCM symptom score was lower than that of the control group.At the same time,the fdip score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the FDIS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Qianzheng powder for internal and external application combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis in acute phase has significant effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the recovery effect of facial nerve function,which is worthy of promotion.
