摘要
目的:研究一种基于FPGA的RGB半导体激光器驱动电路,可用于激光扫描投影设备。方法:驱动电路中采用了瑞萨ISL58307电流控制芯片,用于实现RGB三路驱动电流的调制,并使用了FPGA作为主控芯片来提高激光器扫描速度。结果:该激光驱动电路可以同时控制三路激光,每路最大电流可达2 A,采用数字电路控制的方式,支持3.2 M/s的光电流调制。同时拥有PID温控功能,以保证激光器在恒定温度下工作。结论:该研究工作设计并实现了一种RGB激光器驱动电路,它可实现对RGB三路激光的并行功率调制,并包含了恒温驱动模块,基本满足了激光扫描显示领域的应用。
Aims:To study an FPGA-based RGB semiconductor laser driving circuit that can be used for laser projection scanning.Methods:The laser driving circuit was designed by ISL58307 and FPGA.Results:The laser driving circuit could control three lasers simultaneously,with the maximum current of 2 A for each channel.It adopted digital circuit control to support 3.2 M/s photocurrent modulation.It had a PID temperature controller to ensure the laser working at a constant temperature.Conclusions:The designed RGB laser driving circuit can realize parallel power modulation of RGB three lasers with a constant temperature drive module.It basically meets the application of the laser scanning display field.
