Experience of Professor Guo Zhihua in the Treatment of Youth Vertigo

总结郭志华教授从肝阳上亢、痰浊上蒙、气滞血瘀、气血两虚4个方面辨证论治青年眩晕经验,诊疗过程中强调中医"治未病"思想,重视阴虚与眩晕的关系。附临床医案三则,分析其遣方用药特色。

To sum up professor Guo Zhihua’s experience in the treatment of young patients with vertigo based on syndrome differentiation from four aspects:hyperactivity of Liver-yang,stagnating-up of phlegm,stagnation of Qi and blood stasis,deficiency of both qi and blood.In the course of diagnosis and treatment,the thought of"Treating pre-disease"was emphasized,and the relationship between Yin deficiency and Vertigo was emphasized.Three clinical cases were attached,and the characteristics of prescriptions were analyzed.
