摘要
门尼黏度是橡胶加工和生产过程的重要控制指标,反映橡胶加工性能的好坏和分子量高低及分布范围宽窄。在丁苯橡胶的生产过程中,主要通过控制聚合单元的胶乳门尼黏度来控制最终产品质量。因此,胶乳门尼黏度分析的准确性对生产过程控制显得尤为重要。以SBR1500E和SBR1502两种牌号的胶乳为研究对象,详细探讨了不同种类的絮凝剂、不同种类的防老剂以及防老剂的添加量3个因素对胶乳门尼黏度分析的影响。该实验研究为提高胶乳制样分析门尼黏度的准确性及稳定丁苯橡胶产品优级品率提供了参考。
Mooney viscosity is an important control index of rubber processing and production,which reflects the processing performance of rubber,level and distribution range of molecular weight.In the process of producing SBR,the final product quality is mainly controlled by controlling the latex mooney viscosity of the polymerization.Therefore,the accuracy of latex mooney viscosity analysis is particularly important for the production process control.In this paper,taking SBR1500 E and SBR1502 two brand of latex as the research object,the influence of different kinds of flocculant,different kinds of antiaging agent and antiaging agent adding quantity on the analysis accuracy of Mooney viscosity of latex was investigated.The experimental study can provide some reference for improving the analysis accuracy of Mooney viscosity of latex sample and stabilizing the superior grade ratio of styrene-butadiene rubber products.
