摘要 介绍了太钢配加进口粉降低烧结生产成本实践。在进口矿粉价格大幅波动的背景下,太钢先后采用了纽曼、扬迪、FMG矿粉,通过烧结杯试验及工业生产,验证配加三种矿粉能够保证烧结矿质量,降低烧结生产成本,根据矿粉价格波动情况及烧结矿质量,选择了配加FMG粉的生产路线。通过FMG粉比例调整及生产操作参数优化,烧结矿转鼓强度提高至79.7%,烧返率降低至29%以下,工序能耗降低至48.5 kg/t,实现烧结生产降本增效。 The practice of reducing sintering production cost by adding imported power in TISCO is introduced.Under the background of large fluctuation in the price of imported mineral powder,TISCO has adopted Newman,Yandi and mineral powder.Through sintering cup test and industrial production,it is verified that adding three kinds of mineral powder can ensure the quality and reduce the cost of sintering production.According to the fluctuation of mineral power price and the quality of sintering production,the production route of adding FMG powder is selected.By adjusting the proportion of FMG power and optimizing the operation parameters,the strength of sinter drum is increased to 79.7%,the return rate of sintering is reduced to 29%,the energy consumption of the process is reduced to48.5 kgce/t,the cost of sintering production is reduced and the efficiency is increased.
