“双高”背景下校企共建高水平产教融合实训基地的实践研究

On the Practice Research of College-enterprise Joint Construction of High-level Industry-education Integration Training Base under the Background of Planning to Develop High-level Vocational Colleges and Specialties with Chinese Characteristics

紧盯"引领"、强化"支撑"、凸显"高"、彰显"强"、体现"特",是双高校建设绩效管理的目标要求。广州铁路职业技术学院是141所高水平专业群建设单位之一。在此背景下,数字媒体技术专业紧跟学院建设发展步伐,落实立德树人根本任务,着力与区域龙头企业共建高水平产教融合实训基地。从调动校企双方积极性、培养学生精益求精的"工匠精神"、搭建人才共育平台、培育高水平教学创新团队等方面探讨了校企共建数字媒体高水平产教融合实训基地的路径,为培养面向轨道交通智能交互媒体设计、数字信息产品运维与开发的高素质技术技能人才提供借鉴。

Focusing on leading,strengthening support and highlighting higher level,more strength and more characteristic are the objectives and requirements of performance management on the construction of colleges of planning to develop high-level vocational colleges and specialties with Chinese characteristics.Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic is one of the 141 high level majors-group construction organizations.Under the background,digital media application technology major is keeping up with the pace of college construction and development,accomplishing the fundamental task of moral education,focusing on practical research and co-building high-level industry-education integration training bases with regional leading enterprises.The paper discusses the path of college-enterprise joint construction of digital media high-level industry-education integration training base from such aspects as mobilizing the enthusiasm of both schools and enterprises,training the craftsman spirit of students to keep improving,building talents co-education platform,and fostering a high-level teaching innovation team etc,so as to provide a practical platform and typical experience for training high-quality technical talents for intelligent interactive media design,the digital information product operation and development of rail transit.
