摘要
针对木结构用集成材规格尺寸较大、连接形式多样化的钻孔加工需求和发展趋势,设计和开发能够快速完成生产线转换的木结构用集成材柔性钻孔控制系统。该系统可以按照预先设计好的不同规格尺寸的集成材钻孔加工程序,自动识别集成材并自动完成钻孔刀具、加工位置、工作定位系统的调整和加工。该控制系统可实现多样化定制化的加工需求与控制功能,又具有批量化的生产能力。
In order to meet the requirement and development trend of drilling process for Glue-laminated timber with large size and diversified connection forms,a flexible drilling control system for Glue-laminated timber is designed and developed,which can quickly complete the conversion of production line.The system can automatically identify Glue-laminated timber,and complete the adjustment of drilling tool,processing position and fixture positioning system,according to the pre-designed drilling procedures for different sizes of the Glue-laminated timbers.
