基于涉外法治人才培养的国际经济法课程改革研究

Research on the Curriculum Reform of International Economic Law Based on the Cultivation of Foreign Legal Talents

建设法治国家、法治社会,实现科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法,都离不开一支高素质的法治工作队伍。高素质涉外法治人才培养是我国人才强国战略的重要内容,也是法治保障体系建设的重要组成部分。文章以涉外法治人才培养课程体系中的重要课程国际经济法为着眼点,分析国际经济法课程改革的必要性,论证的课程改革的目标导向,对课程改革的整体思路进行构想,并结合课程实施,对国际经济法课程教学模式优化提出建议。

To build a country and a society ruled by law,and to realize scientific legislation,strict law enforcement,fair justice,and law-abiding by the whole people,we cannot do without a high-quality legal work team.The cultivation of high-quality foreign-related legal talents is an important part of China's talent development strategy and an important component of the construction of the legal guarantee system.Focusing on International economic law,an important course in the curriculum system of foreign-related legal personnel training,this paper analyzes the necessity of curriculum reform of International economic law,demonstrates the goal orientation of curriculum reform,conceives the overall idea of curriculum reform,and puts forward suggestions for optimizing the teaching mode of International economic law curriculum in combination with curriculum implementation.
