“双碳”目标引领下江苏省建筑设计行业的转型发展

The Transformation and Development of the Architectural Design Industry in Jiangsu under the Backdrop of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality

建筑设计行业正在经历行业既有机制与城镇化转型发展不相适应造成的困境,“双碳”目标的确立为包括建筑行业在内的全社会转型发展设定了递归路线图,也倒逼建筑设计行业实施全方位改革。文章根据江苏省社会经济发展状况,对江苏省建筑设计行业改革提出4个方向的转型发展,包括从单一工程设计向建筑全生命周期设计咨询转变、从狭义建筑设计向多系统协同架构转变、从新建建筑增量扩张向既有建筑存量更新转变、从业务生产型设计向科技创新型设计转变,以期早日从困境中突围,在城镇化转型发展的下半场抢得先机,实现高质量发展。

The architectural design industry is experiencing the predicament caused by the incompatibility between the established mechanism of the industry and the transformation of urbanization.The establishment of the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality goal has set a recursive roadmap for the transformation and development of the whole society,including the construction industry,and has prompted the implementation of all-round reforms in the architectural design industry.According to the social and economic development of Jiangsu Province,this paper proposes four directions of transformation and development for the reform of the architectural design industry in this province,including the transitions from single engineering design to whole life cycle building design and consulting,from narrow architecture design to multi-system synergistic architecture,from incremental expansion of new buildings to renewal of existing building stock,from business-production-oriented design to technology-innovation-oriented design.Based on the above,with a view to getting out of the predicament as soon as possible,seizing the first opportunity in the second half of the transformation and development of urbanization,and achieving high-quality development.
