摘要
本文研究了一种DNA兼容的化学方法,将DNA烯烃偶联物氧化为DNA醛/酮偶联物。本文通过可见光和光敏剂介导下将DNA烯烃偶联物转化为DNA醛/酮偶联物,该方法具有条件温和、与水兼容等特点。其研究意义有以下两点:1)为DNA兼容反应提供更丰富的DNA醛/酮偶联底物;2)为DNA编码分子库(DNA-encoded library,DEL)领域官能团转化反应提供化学策略,增加了DNA编码分子库的结构多样性。
This paper developed a DNA compatible chemical method for the oxidation of DNA-conjugate olefins to DNA-conjugate aldehydes/ketones.This paper converted DNA-conjugate olefins into DNA-conjugate aldehydes/ketones mediated by visible light and photosensitizers,which is mild and water-compatible.The significance of this paper is as follows:1)provide more abundant DNA-conjugate aldehydes/ketones for DNA compatible reactions;2)provide a chemical strategy for functional group transformation reactions in the DNA-encoded library(DEL),which increases the structural diversity of DNA-encoded library.
