摘要
2016年10月,中共中央、国务院联合印发《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》,以促进健康中国建设,提高人民健康水平。在国家政策的引导下,国内各大高校相继展开对建设健康体育课程的研究,但通过实践发现,大部分高校在构建健康体育课程方面都存在理论知识欠缺、体育教师健康教育能力不足、大学体育教育机制不完善、体育教育考核评价体系不健全等问题。为达成全民健康教育目标,高校可以“体医结合”政策作为教学指导,推动高校体育教育创新改革,推动大学健康教育和体育教育协调发展。本文围绕“体医结合”背景下的高校健康体育课程创新建设策略展开深入探究,旨在为相关人员提供参考。
In October 2016,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council jointly issued the"Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan"to promote the construction of healthy China and improve people's health.Under the guidance of national policies,domestic colleges and universities have carried out research on the construction of health physical education curriculum,but through practice,it is found that most colleges and universities have problems in the construction of health physical education curriculum,such as lack of theoretical knowledge,lack of physical education teachers'health education ability,imperfect physical education mechanism,and incomplete physical education assessment and evaluation system.In order to achieve the goal of national health education,colleges and universities can use the"combination of physics and medicine"policy as teaching guidance to promote the innovation and reform of physical education in colleges and universities,and promote the coordinated development of health education and physical education.This paper focuses on the innovative construction strategy of college health physical education curriculum under the background of"combination of physics and medicine",aiming to provide references for relevant personnel.
