摘要
地铁车辆段上盖开发项目的结构设计矛盾主要在于一级已建设,二级未开发期间方案的变化,导致结构预留存在不确定性。以北京某地铁上盖开发项目为例,在该地铁车辆段建设投产后,上盖方案发生了较大的变化,原预留条件难以满足现阶段开发方案的要求。在尽可能减少对已运营地铁车辆段影响的前提下,探讨了几种上下结构的接驳连接方案,包括植筋接长,新增转换、大底盘多塔层间隔震以及针对项目特点提出的铰接转换平台结构方案。利用有限元软件进行了计算对比分析,其中铰接转换平台的连接方式对盖下既有结构的影响更小,同时能够解决方案变化导致的新增转换和单跨框架等问题,对方案变化的适用性更强。针对铰接转换平台结构接驳方案,给出了三种结构预留形式所对应的构造连接做法及计算方式,供后续类似工程参考借鉴。
The contradiction of overhead property development of metro depot mainly lies in the change of architectural scheme during the construction of first and second level,which leads to the uncertainty of the structural reservation.Take the overhead property development project in Beijing as an example,after the construction and commissioning of the metro depot,the architectural scheme of overhead property changed,which leads the structural reservation could not meet the requirements of the new scheme.On the premise of minimizing the impact on the operating metro depot,paper discussed several connection schemes between the overhead property and metro depot,including embedded steel bars,inter-story seismic isolation and hinged conversion platform according to the characteristics of the project.The finite element software was used for calculation and comparative analysis,which proved the hinged conversion platform connection has less impact on the operating metro depot.As the same time,it could solve the problems of new conversion and single-span frame structure caused by changes of the scheme.Aiming at the hinged conversion platform connection,this paper gave construction practices for three structural reservations and calculation methods for reference to similar projects in the future.
