摘要
随着我国经济的发展,人力成本的增加和对环境保护越来越严格的要求,国家及地方相继出台政策推动装配式建筑的发展。根据上海市住房与城乡建设委员会规定,上海市青浦区某幼儿园应采用装配整体式钢筋混凝土框架结构,本文介绍了其设计方法。预制构件包括所有能做的梁、板、柱、楼梯,单体预制率达到了40%,采用了和现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构相同的计算方法进行计算,并补充了接缝节点验算,预制构件经过深化设计后,通过现场精心施工,工程顺利竣工。可以为类似的设计提供参考。装配式建筑将逐步成为当今建筑行业发展的主要趋势,进入快速发展阶段。
With the development of China’s economy,the increase of human cost and the increasingly strict requirements for environmental protection,the state and the local governments have issued policies to promote the development of assembled buildings.According to the regulations of Shanghai Housing and Urban Rural Construction Commission,the reinforced concrete frame structure should be used in the kindergarten in Qingpu District of Shanghai.This paper introduces the design method of it.Prefabricated components include most of the beams,slabs,columns and all of the stairs that can be made.The prefabrication rate reaches 40%.The same calculation method as cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure is adopted,and joint checking calculation is supplemented.After the detailed design of the prefabricated components,the kindergarten is successfully completed through the site precise construction.It can provide reference for similar design.Assembly building will gradually become the main trend of the development of the construction industry.
