摘要
某高层住宅楼采用装配整体式混凝土剪力墙结构。预制剪力墙竖向钢筋采用钢筋套筒半灌浆连接,水平钢筋采用现浇节点整体式接缝连接。本着设计、生产与施工一体化的协同建造思想,为便于现场施工、节约工程造价,推出了一种预制剪力墙水平钢筋整体式接缝连接的改进型现浇节点,提供预制剪力墙连接节点详图、预制剪力墙模板图及配筋图,对装配整体式混凝土剪力墙结构高层住宅楼结构设计具有一定的参考价值。
A high-rise residential building adopts an assembled precast concrete shear wall structure.The vertical steel bars of the precast shear wall adopt the rebar splicing by grout-filled coupling sleeves,and the horizontal steel bars of the precast shear wall must be connected by integral joints between the precast shear wall and post-cast area.In line with the design,production and construction integration of collaborative construction thought,in order to facilitate on-site construction and save project cost,an improved cast-in-place example of better precast shear wall horizontal steel bar integral joint connection was introduced,and useful details of the precast shear wall connection nodes and working drawings of the precast shear wall were provided.These construction drawings have a certain reference value for structural design of a high-rise residential building with assembled precast concrete shear wall structure.
