摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,我国高职教育取得了巨大的发展。高职生处于青年时期,此阶段的学生心智发育不够完全成熟,面对学业压力、情感纠葛等问题使其感到迷茫困惑。文章提出了在“三全”育人的框架下打造高职院校心理健康教育体系的途径。从全员育人出发,合理打造心理健康教育队伍;从全过程育人出发,全阶段设计针对性的教育活动;从全方位育人出发,系统搭建心理健康教育平台。
Since the 1980s,China’s higher vocational education has achieved tremendous development.Higher vocational students are in their youth.At this stage,the students’mental development is not fully mature,and they are confused and confused by academic pressures and emotional entanglements.This paper puts forward the ways to build the mental health education system of higher vocational colleges under the framework of“Three-Perfect”education.From the point of view of the whole staff education,we should reasonably build the mental health education team,design the targeted educational activities in the whole stage from the whole process of educating people,and systematically build the mental health education platform from the omni-directional education.
