武汉市生猪产业发展情况及对策——基于南阳市牧原食品股份有限公司的调研

The development status and countermeasures of pig industry in Wuhan City:Based on research of Nanyang Muyuan Food Co.,Ltd.

为加快推动屠宰行业转型升级,实现养殖屠宰匹配,考察了河南省南阳市牧原食品股份有限公司生猪产业基本情况,了解了该企业及南阳市发展生猪产业的做法,分析武汉市生猪产业的发展情况。对比发现,武汉市生猪养殖需要创新引领、屠宰环节短板亟待补齐、全产业链需要协同发力,并提出产业要素保障再强化、屠宰转型升级再推进、提质强链再发力等对策,以推动武汉市生猪产业高质量发展。

In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the slaughtering industry and realize the matching of breeding and slaughtering,the basic situation of the pig industry of Muyuan Food Co.,Ltd.in Nanyang City,Henan Province was inspected,and the practices of the enterprise and the development of the pig industry in Nanyang City were understood.The development situation of the pig industry in Wuhan City was analyzed.By comparison,it was found that pig farming in Wuhan City required innovative leadership,the shortcomings in the slaughtering process urgently needed to be addressed,and the entire industry chain needed to work together.It also put forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening the protection of industrial factors,promoting the transformation and upgrading of slaughtering,and improving the quality of strong chain,so as to promote the high-quality development of pig industry in Wuhan City.
