摘要
在过去的几年中,平台经济在全球范围内蓬勃发展,平台型企业快速崛起。2019年,包括亚马逊和微软在内的7家平台型企业位居全球十大市值最高的公司,成为全球新经济的引领者。与此同时,平台经济的蓬勃发展催生出规模庞大且形态各异的平台劳动,但如何兼顾平台的创新发展和平台劳动者的权益保护给平台劳动的治理带来了不小的挑战。基于此,构建新型的平台用工关系既必要又紧迫,其中,工会将发挥不可替代的作用。
In the past few years,the platform economy has been on the rise around the world,in tandem with the accelerating development of platformbased enterprises.In 2019,seven platform companies,including Amazon and Microsoft,were ranked among the top ten companies with the largest market capitalization in the world,and had become leaders in the new global economy.At the same time,the booming of the platform economy has created a large scale of platform labour in diverse forms.Nevertheless,how to balance the platform innovation and the protection of these labour has brought serious challenges to the governance of platform economy.Under such circumstance,it is both necessary and imminent to build a new kind of employment relationship in the platform economy,where labour unions shall play an indispensable role.
