宫安方调控子宫内膜剥脱及修复机制研究

Mechanism of Gong’an Formula in Regulating Endometrial Exfoliation and Repair

目的探讨宫安方调控宫内节育器导致的子宫异常出血、子宫内膜剥脱及修复的相关机制。方法观察组(47例)给予中药宫安方颗粒剂口服,对照组(47例)予以血宁胶囊口服。结果治疗后,观察组阴道出血改善情况、中医证候及临床疗效明显优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组凝血功能指标、血管内皮生长因子水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫安方可有效促进凝血功能恢复,促进子宫内膜血管内皮再生,减少阴道出血时间及出血量,促进子宫内膜剥脱后及时修复,可作为有效的临床治疗方案,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the relevant mechanisms of Gong’an formula in regulating abnormal uterine bleeding,endometrial exfoliation,and repair caused by intrauterine devices(IUD).Methods The observation group of 47 cases received oral administration of Chinese medicine Gong’an formula granules,while the control group of 47 cases received oral administration of Xuening capsules.Results After treatment,the improvement of vaginal bleeding,TCM syndrome and clinical efficacy in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Coagulation function indexes and vascular endothelial growth factor levels in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gong’an formula can effectively promote the recovery of coagulation function,promote the regeneration of endometrial vascular endothelium,reduce vaginal bleeding time and volume,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of abnormal uterine bleeding,and promote timely repair after endometrial exfoliation.It can be an effective clinical treatment plan and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
