安肠和中颗粒联合温和灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床观察

Anchang Hezhong Granules Combined with Mild Moxibustion in the Treatment of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的探究安肠和中颗粒联合温和灸的应用治疗效果。方法选取腹泻型肠易激综合征患者共90例,选择随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。观察组口服安肠和中颗粒剂配合温和灸,对照组给予匹维溴铵片联合黛力新。结果治疗后观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),并且观察组情绪自我评价量表及焦虑情绪评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,2组患者神经肽Y(NPY)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论安肠和中颗粒联合温和灸治疗IBS-D,能明显改善患者的不良情志及神经功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the combination of Anchang Hezhong granules with mild moxibustion.Methods A total of 90 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases).The observation group received oral administration of Chinese medicine Anchang Hezhong granules combined with mild moxibustion.The control group received combination of Pividone Bromide tablets and Deanxit.Result After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the emotional self-evaluation scale and anxiety scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,neuropeptide Y(NPY),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of Anchang Hezhong granules and mild moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome can significantly improve patients’adverse emotions and neurological function,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
