地仲强骨胶囊和地舒单抗联合治疗对老年骨质疏松症患者骨密度、骨代谢指标的影响

The Effect of Combination Therapy of Dizhong Qianggu Capsule and Dishumab on Bone Density and Bone Metabolism Indicators in Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis

目的探讨地仲强骨胶囊联合地舒单抗在老年骨质疏松症(OP)患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2021年9月—2023年3月收治的80例老年OP患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用地舒单抗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用地仲强骨胶囊治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗12周后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分(1.86±0.35)分、白细胞介素-6水平(60.71±4.34)pg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平(167.79±8.31)pg/L、骨钙素水平(23.47±2.21)μg/L、骨碱性磷酸酶水平(0.28±0.08)μg/L、I型胶原C端肽水平(0.53±0.12)mm均低于对照组的(2.52±0.41)分、(66.03±4.27)pg/L、(185.47±9.02)pg/L、(27.67±2.45)μg/L、(0.37±0.04)μg/L、(0.67±0.13)mm;股骨颈密度值(0.83±0.12)g/cm^(2)、腰椎骨密度值(0.79±0.10)g/cm^(2)、β胶原降解产物水平(9.07±1.14)μg/L均高于对照组的(0.72±0.11)mm、(0.71±0.08)mm、(7.64±1.22)μg/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地仲强骨胶囊联合地舒单抗可增强老年OP患者骨密度,改善骨代谢指标,减轻疼痛程度与炎症反应,安全有效。

Objective To explore the application effect of Dizhong Qianggu Capsules combined with Desucumab in elderly patients with osteoporosis(OP).Methods 80 elderly OP patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desumab,and the observation group was treated with Zhongqiang bone capsule on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,pain Visual Analogue Score(1.86±0.35)points,interleukin-6 level(60.71±4.34)pg/L,tumor necrosis factor-α level(167.79±8.31)pg/L,osteocalcin level(23.47±2.21)μg/L,bone alkaline phosphatase level(0.28±0.08)μl,the C-terminal peptide level of type I collagen was(0.53±0.12)mm in the observation group were lower than(2.52±0.41)min,(66.03±4.27)pg/L,(185.47±9.02)pg/L,(27.67±2.45)μg/L,(0.37±0.04)μg/L,(0.67±0.13)mm of the control group;femoral neck density(0.83±0.12)g/cm^(2),lumbar vertebrae bone density(0.79±0.10)g/cm^(2),βcollagen degradation products levels(9.07±1.14)μg/L were higher than(0.72±0.11)mm,(0.71±0.08)mm,(7.64±1.22)μg/L of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Dizhong Qianggu Capsules and Desucumab can enhance bone density,improve bone metabolism indicators,alleviate pain and inflammation in elderly OP patients,and is safe and effective.
