脑卒中患者作业治疗参与能力-机会-动机问卷的编制及信效度检验

Development and Test of Reliability and Validity of the Capability-Opportunity-Motivation Questionnaire for Occupational Therapy Participation in Stroke Patients

目的编制脑卒中患者作业治疗参与能力-机会-动机问卷,并评价其信效度.方法以COM-B模型为理论框架,通过文献分析、专家函询形成初始版问卷.便利选取402例脑卒中患者进行问卷调查,进行项目分析和信效度检验.结果问卷包括3个维度、34个条目.探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为84.309%.问卷的重测信度为0.878,Cronbach'sα系数为0.958,折半信度为0.961.结论编制的脑卒中患者作业治疗参与能力-机会-动机问卷具有良好的信效度,可评估脑卒中患者参与作业治疗的能力、机会和动机.

Objective To develop the capability-opportunity-motivation questionnaire for occupational therapy participation in stroke patients and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the COM-B model,the initial questionnaire was formed through literature analysis and Delphi.A convenience sample of 402 stroke patients was selected to participate questionnaire survey for itemanalysis,the test of reliability and validity.Results The questionnaire included 3 dimensions and 34 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors and contributing rate of accumulated sums of squares was 84.309%.The retest reliability and Cronbach's alpha of the total questionnaire was 0.878,0.958 respectively.The splithalf reliability was 0.961.Conclusion The capability-opportunity-motivation questionnaire for occupational therapy participation in stroke patients has good reliability and validity,and can evaluate the capability,opportunity and motivation of stroke patients to participate in occupational therapy.
