摘要
针对混凝土搅拌过程中存在的水泥颗粒团聚和搅拌低效区问题,提出了通过改进搅拌装置结构来强化搅拌过程的3种机械强化方法:振动搅拌法、双排叶片搅拌法和综合强化法。通过对不同机械强化方法的理论分析和试验研究,分析了它们对混凝土搅拌质量和效率的影响。结果表明:振动搅拌法、双排叶片搅拌法和综合强化法均能在较短的搅拌时间内,消除水泥颗粒团聚现象和搅拌低效区的不利影响,显著提高混凝土的强度和匀质性;双排叶片法更适于工业化应用和现有设备的低成本改造。
