摘要
报告93例蛛网膜下腔出血患者使用尼莫地平注射液的护理体会。主要护理措施为:药物使用的护理,加强患者生命体征监测,注意患者症状和体征变化,加强巡视,预防患者静脉炎发生,心理护理,加强综合护理,防止患者病情加重或发生并发症。
This artical reported the nursing experience of 93 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage treated with nimodipine infusion.The main nursing measures are:Administration nursing;Monitoring closely the vital signs;Observing closely the change of symptoms and signs and preventing the occurrence of phlebitis;Psychological nursing;Reinforcing the comprehensive nursing,so as to prevent the aggravation of condition and occurrence of complication.
