摘要
利用材料的电热效应对炮钢进行裂纹止裂实验,并对裂纹尖端材料进行金相组织分析。结果表明:对带有裂纹试件进行脉冲放电裂纹止裂,裂纹尖端处瞬间形成微小焊口,尖端附近组织发生相变,不仅可以达到止裂的目的,还提高了材料的抗断裂能力。
Using theory of electro-thermal effects, tests of crack arrest were executed on gunsteel. And microstructure in crack tip was analyzed. The results show that a small welded joint can be formed at crack tip when impulsive discharge was applied, and phase transformation was taken place near the crack tip. As a result, the crack propagation is prevented, and the crack resistance is increased.
