Applying New Section Technique of Pediatric Ultrasonic Cardiography for Diagnosis of Right Ventricular Abnormal Muscle Bands

目的应用小儿超声心动学新的切面技术诊断右室异常肌束,避免有创方法检查,提高外科手术质量。方法应用常规切面与新切面技术分别对56例右室异常肌束的诊断进行对比、分析。结果常规切面检出9例真性右室异常肌束,0例潜在右室异常肌束,新切面技术检出15例真性右室异常肌束,41例潜在右室异常肌束。结论新切面技术应用能够提高右室异常肌束的检出率,指导外科治疗。

Objective Applying new section technique of pediatric ultrasonic cardiography to diagnose the right ventricular abnormal muscle band in order to avoid radiograghy and to improve surgical quality.Methods The routine and new techniques were applied for diagnosis of 56 patients with right ventrical abnormal muscle bands and the results were compared and analysed.Results True abnormal muscle bands in 9 patients and potential abnormal muscle bands in 10 patients were detected with routine techniques,while true abnormal muscle bands in 15 patients and potential abnormal muscle bands in 41 patients were discovered on new section technique.Conclusions New section technique may increase the detective rate of the patients with right ventricular abnomal muscle bands and be helpful to guide surgical treatment.
