摘要   繁缕[Stellaria media(L)Cyr.]为石竹科植物繁缕的茎、叶,具有活血、去瘀、下乳、催生作用,主要含皂苷、黄酮、酚酸、氨基酸等成分[1~3].贵州民间作为降血脂药物应用,效果很好.文献调研表明,其活性成分可能为黄酮苷类化合物[4].…… Analysis of the constituents from Stellaria Media is reported in this paper. The crude drug was extracted with alcohol, and the extract was subjected on Dianon HP20 macroreticular resin and polyamide column chromatography successively to obtain SM - BU - 35 - I . The constituent was analyzed on the basis of 1H - NMR, 1D - HOHAHA and 13C - NMR besides LC - MS - MS. The two constituents in SM - BU - 35 - I were Cglycosylflavones, whose molecular weights were all 594 with two hexose subsuitutions individually. The structural differences between them were in the substitutional style of the B ring in flavone skeleton, the major one being 1, 4 -disubstitutional wheras the minor one 1, 2-disubstinational styles. The rapid discovery and analysis on the Cglycosylflavone isomers from Stellaria Media can be achieved by combination of MS - MS, LC - MS - MS with NMR, especially with ID - HOHAHA.
