摘要  随着集成电路制造技术的迅速发展,SOC设计已经成为当今集成电路设计的发展方向。SOC设计的复杂性对集成电路设计的各个层次,特别是对系统级芯片设计层次,带来了新的挑战。文章主要介绍了系统级芯片设计的理论以及这方面的最新研究成果——SystemC。 With the development of IC technology, SOC design plays a very important role in the IC design In this paper, systemlevel design methodology for SOC is introduced and the new approach for systemlevel IC design, System C, is illustrated
