摘要
用比值导数分光光度法,在pH9.5缓冲溶液中,非离子表面活性剂Triton x-100存在下,以5-Br-PADAP为显色剂,对混合物中锌、钴、锰三组分进行了同时测定,解决了测定时的光谱干扰问题.回收率在97.3%~104.0%之间,锌、钴、锰5次重复测定的相对标准偏差分别为1.9%、2.4%、1.8%.应用于啤酒中痕量锌、钴、锰的测定,取得了满意结果.
Abstract Ratio Spectrum - derivative Spectrophotometry was used for the simultaneous determination of Zn、 Co and Mn. In PH9.5 butter solution, the availability as well as the optimum condition for simultaneous determination of Zn、Co and Mn with 5 - Br- PADAP in the presence nonionic surfactant Triton x - 100 have been studied.
