我国中央和地方政府间协调关系的思考

一国各级政府之间的关系处理是国家行政管理的重要影响因素。中央、地方政府间在财政经济以及权限划分既定的前提下 ,如何协调好关系就成为微观操作层面的具体问题。新的协调关系是针对我国各级政府间关系现状及问题的几点符合新时代背景的具有建设性的对策。

To deal with the relationship among all levels of governments in a country is an important factor for state's administrative management How to coordinate the relationship between the central and local governments on the condition that they establish the relationships of finance,economy and power?This is a specific problem on the microcosmic operative level This paper discusses the importance of the new coordinated relationship firstly,then analyses the situation and problems of new coordinated relationship,finally puts forward and emphasizes several constructive sugestions tallying with background of new era,in order to strengthen the coordinated relationship between central and local governments
