摘要
研究了氢对Ti-60合金组织和相变的影响规律及反应机理。结果表明,氢可以改变初生α相和β相的体积分数,(α+β)/β相变点随氢的加入而降低,加入0.65wt%的氢可使其相转变温度从1025℃降至850℃。氢使β相的晶格常数发生变化,其原因是氢固溶于β相。真空脱氢可使氢恢复到安全浓度,并且晶粒组织得到细化。
The effects of hydrogen changing on the microstructure and (α+β)/β transformation of Ti-60 alloy at high temperature were investigated. The results show that the volume fraction of primary α and the (α +β)/β transformation temperature decrease continuously with the increase of hydrogen content. The transformation temperature of Ti-60 alloy containing 0.65wt% hydrogen decreases from 1025 ℃ to 850℃. The lattice parameter of β phase increases because the hydrogen atoms are involved in β phase.
