摘要
心电变异性主要可以分为基于特征点的变异,如RR间期,QT间期的变异性和基于心电波形在形态学上的变异性,如晚电位(Venticular late potential,VLP)和心电幅度交替现象(Cardiac Electrical Alternation)。它的自动分析对于心血管疾病的诊断有重要的意义。本文介绍了用于12导联同步心电采集及心电分析的心电变异性分析系统并提出了一种基于相位谱的时间误差补偿的R波对齐方法,有效的解决了低采样率下心电幅度交替分析的问题。此外还对心电去噪等问题进行了探讨,如采用三次样条法去除基线漂移等。经临床使用证明了该系统的实用性,它为临床无创检测心脏功能以及恶性室性心律失常等提供了有效的临床分析手段。
In this paper,a new 12-synchronous-lead ECG analysis system for ECG variability is introduced.And there's some discuss about analysis methods of cardiac electrical alternation.We've estimated the influence on R wave synchronization under different sample rates,and ameliorate the method with time error compensating.Some technique is put forward to reduce the noises,such as thrice spline-line method.
Through the experimentation of this software,it is confirmed that the system has its practicality,and a valid clinical indicator of ventricular arrhythmia is available through this noninvasive method.
