摘要
目的:探讨毒蛇咬伤的有效治疗措施及预后相关因素。方法:回顾性分析2006年6月至2008年6月我院收治的94例蛇咬伤病人的临床资料。结果:治愈67例,好转12例,自动出院15例。结论:毒蛇咬伤应尽早正确地伤口处理及应用相应抗蛇毒血清,在对症治疗同时,积极预防并发症。
Objective: To discuss efficient treatments and prognostic factors of snake bite injury. Methods: The clinic data of 94 patients with snake bite injury were analyzed from Jul 2006 to Jul 2008. Results: 67 patients were cured, 12 improved and 15 discharged automatically. Conclusion: Good prognose can reached by handled the wound right quickly as well as use of anti-snake-venon-serum, supporting treatment at the same time preventing complication actively.
