摘要
通过对医院现有语音信息台的分析研究,探讨并初步设计了呼叫中心(Call Cenler)的体系结构和部分业务流程,为建设完善的医疗服务系统奠定基础。
By analyzing the voice information system used in the hospitals currently,this paper present a designing of hospital call center,and discuss its system structure and business workflow.It would lay a foundation for establishing a perfect medical service system.
