鼻内镜下治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of treatment under the nasal endoscope for Chronic Dacryocystitis

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊插管术与鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的优缺点。方法将慢性泪囊炎患者73只眼分为两组鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊插管术(41眼)和鼻内下鼻腔泪囊吻合术(32眼)进行观察。结果第1组治疗成功34只,7只插管困难改行鼻腔泪囊吻合术,第2组一次成功30只,2只因术后粘连失败。结论两种方法各有优缺点,鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊插管术简单,但对泪道探通困难的患者手术难以进行,必须改用第2种方法,而鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术操作复杂,但成功率高。

Objective To explore the advantages and the disadvantages of nasal cavity and lacrimal sac intubations and nasal cavity and lacrimal sac anastomoses under the nasal endoscope.Methods In 73 cases of chronic dacryocystitis,41 cases treated with nasal cavity and lacrimal sac intubations and 32 cases treated with nasal cavity and lacrimal sac anastomoses were observed.Results In the intubations group,34 cases were success and 7 cases changed to be conducted with anastomoses for the reason of conducting difficulty.In the anastomoses group,30 cases were success and 2 cases were failed for the reason of post-operative tissue's adhesion.Conclusions Both of the methods have advantages and disadvantages.The first method was easy to be conducted.However,in the cases of having difficulty of exploring the lacrimal passage,the second method was necessary and recommended.In the other side,the second method has complexity to be performed,but the probability of success was higher.
