摘要 传统的时间继电器,其定时精度甚至触点的动作可靠性,会因为它在环境复杂的现场长期工作而悄然的变化。以前,技术人员曾经试着用普通的“秒表”来检定时间继电器的精度,但效果不理想。为此,设计并实现了以89C5 1单片机为核心,集电压检测保护、继电器控制、高精度时钟基准为一体的并可同时对四个时间继电器进行检定的时间继电器现场检定仪的完整方案。 The precision and the reliability of the traditional time relay would get worse along with the time without any perception.The technical staff used the stopwatch to measure the timing accuracy of the time delay, but it was hard to reach satisfaction.A whole plan of the time delay verification instrument is proposed,which can verify four time delays at the same time,based on the 89C51 MCU,and added the peripheral modules,such as voltage measuring,the time delay controlling,input data capturing,the high precision clock benchmark and display system.The software and hardware of this system have been put into practice.The theory of operation of the system has been discussed,both the relevant simplified schematic of the hardware and the flow block diagram are also presented.
