摘要
介绍了废塑料与煤共焦化2kg模拟焦炉实验,并用色谱质谱联检仪(GC/MS)对实验所得煤焦油、塑料焦油和共焦化焦油进行了分析,结果表明:与纯煤焦油相比,废塑料与煤共焦化所得焦油苯类增加4.840%,萘类增加4.172%,酚类增加8.754%,烷烃类减少4.446%,烯烃类减少16.472%;碳原子数小于10的轻质油组分增加4.123%,而对碳原子数为11~18的中质油组分影响不明显;废塑料与煤共焦化使得焦油芳香族烃含量增加,轻质油含量增加,焦油组成呈现'环构化'和'轻质化'趋势.
In this paper,the composition of tar of 2kg simulating coke-oven from coal,waste plastics and co-coking of coal and waste plastics were analyzed by GC/MS.The result indicated that compared with the tar from coal,the benzene in the tar from co-coking increased 4.840%,the naphthalene increased 4.172%,the hydroxybenzene increased 8.754%,the light tar composition of C1~C10 increased 4.123%,but the composition of C11~C18 did not change obviously.The result of co-coking with coal and waste plastics make the light tar and the aromatic hydrocarbon increase obviously.
