特发性血小板减少性紫癜激素治疗不同阶段证型特点的研究

Retrospective Study on the Features of Traditional Chinese Medical of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura in Different Periods of Using Glucocorticoid

目的:探求特发性血小板减少性紫癜(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)在应用糖皮质激素治疗不同阶段的中医证型特点,为中医临床治疗奠定基础。方法:采用计算机检索和人工检索相结合的方法,对1980年1月~2007年12月31日国内期刊中相关文献进行回顾性总结。结果:检索出符合要求的文献24篇,共涉及ITP激素治疗不同阶段证侯患者939例,激素各使用阶段主要证型分布分别为:首始阶段:血热妄行型(33.65%)、气不摄血型(12.14%);减量阶段:气不摄血型(17.15%)、阴虚内热型(15.02%);维持量阶段:气血两虚型(11.16)、气不摄血型(10.12%)。结论:在ITP使用激素的首始阶段,以血热妄行型和气不摄血型为常见证型;减量阶段,以气不摄血和阴虚内热为常见证型;维持量阶段,以气血两虚和气不摄血为主要证型;而血瘀型则在不同阶段都有体现。
