(E)-α,β-不饱和硝基烯烃的高度区域选择性合成方法

Novel synthesis of(E)-α,β-unsaturated nitroalkenes

醛和硝基甲烷在甲醇和NaOH水溶液的混合溶液中在0℃反应,随后用稀盐酸处理,生成(E)-α,β-不饱和硝基烯烃单一化合物,反应有高度的区域选择性,收率较高(76%～95%).合成方法便捷、高效、清洁,属于绿色合成.

Aldehydes reacted with nitromethane in a mixed solution of methanol and aqueous NaOH at 0 ℃,followed by treatment with dilute hydrochloric acid to afford only(E)-α,β-unsaturated nitroalkenes in good to excellent yields(76-95%) without its corresponding Z isomer.The reaction is simple,efficient,clean,which belongs to green synthesis.
