摘要
目的评价Ostetic纳米人工骨在颈椎前路融合术中应用的可行性。方法对15例颈椎疾患病人进行前路颈椎次全切(或颈椎间盘切除)、椎管减压、钛网内添Ostetic纳米人工骨椎间融合、颈椎前路钢板锁定系统内固定手术,并评定疗效和进行影像学分析。结果患者平均住院天数5(4~6)d,所有患者术后伤口均一期愈合,无全身症状,术后1周平均白细胞计数8.7×109。JOA评分由术前8.5分提高到末次随访的13.7分,术后影像学资料提示钢板位置良好,无钛网脱出;平均随访4.5月,纳米人工骨融合率术后3个月为85%,术后6个月100%。结论钛网结合纳米骨可以避免取髂骨所带来的并发症,联合颈椎前路锁定钢板系统替代技术可以有效地进行颈椎前路融合和维持颈椎生理曲度。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Ostetic artificial bone as an alternative technique in achieving good anterior cervical fusion. Method: 15 patients who underwent anterior cervical corpectomies (or discectomies), decompression, titanium mesh cage filled with Ostetic artificial bone graft and cervical locking plate fixation were evaluated. Results: The average in-patient days was 5 (4~6)d, there were good recovery for incision,no fever, averaging WBC account 8.7×109. JOA scores 8.5 in preoperation changed to 13.7 after operation. And the titanium mesh and locking plate were not loosened. All the patients were followed-up 4.5 months. The rate of fusion 85% in 3 month postoperation and 100% in 6 month. Conclusions: Titanium mesh cage filled with ostetic artificial bone can avoid the complications of donor bone site, short hospital stays. When combined with cervical anterior locking plate, it can obtain a satisfied clinical results.
