在2002年度《国际竞争力报告》(参评49个国家和地区)中,我国总体排名第31位,其中科技竞争力排名第25位。在最新的《全球竞争力报告》(参评75个国家和地区)中,我国的创新能力排名第43位。这大致反映了当前我国国际竞争力的现状。

In 2002's Report on International Competitive Power (including 49 countries and regions), People's Republic of China ranked the 31st in the general status order and its competitive power in science and technology ranked 25th. In the latest Report on Global Competitive Power (including 75 countries and regions), China's innovative ability ranks the 43rd, which roughly reflects the present condition of its competitive power in the world.
