摘要
利用有限元软件ABAQUS对腹板开孔的轻钢龙骨在均布荷载作用下的抗弯性能进行了分析。将有限元分析结果与有限条分析软件CUFSM的分析结果及试验结果进行对比分析,验证了ABAQUS在分析腹板开孔轻钢龙骨抗弯性能时的可靠性。在此基础上,考虑腹板开孔排数、钢板厚度、腹板高度等参数的影响,研究了轻钢龙骨在均布荷载作用下的抗弯性能及龙骨的破坏模式,并确定影响墙体抗弯性能的主要因素。根据分析结果,建议龙骨腹板通长开孔,以方便实现工业化批量生产。
Finite element analysis was conducted to study the behavior of light-gauge slotted steel studs under uniformly distributed transverse load by utilizing commercial software ABAQUS. The validity of finite element model is established through comparing against the results from software CUFSM and experimental studies. Utilizing this model,the stiffness,failure modes and stress states are plotted for evaluating the bending behavior of light-gauge slotted steel studs. Further,parametric studies are carried out to investigate the influence of row number of slots,thickness of studs,and web height on the bending resistance capacity of the studs. The analysis results indicate that a stud with slot throughout the web length is an optimal shape for industrial production.
