摘要
对纳氏试剂分光光度法测定水和废水中氨氮方法进行了改进,在不改变反映体系pH值的前提下,减少显色水样的体积及纳氏试剂的用量,改进方法与标准方法的测定结果无显著性差异。
The method of ammomia nitrogen determination in Water and Wastewater by nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry was inproved. Reduced watersamples and reagent dosage without changing the pHvalue of the reaction system. There was no significant difference between thedetermination results of? improved?method and standard method
