摘要
针对内加热式流化床干燥机在生产过程中存在的压床、死床、排盐不畅、产能低下、出料温度偏高、干燥室与冷却室之间的传递效果不佳、粉尘盐和块盐浪费严重等问题,从改进湿盐进料方式、内置加热器盘管布置、换热器扩容、提高流化床传质效果和粉尘盐回收系统方面着手,对干燥工艺进行了技术改造;并对改造后的各项干燥工艺进行了经济效益分析,其收益显著。
During the production process,the internal heating fluidized bed presents the problems of defluidization,death bed,salt drainage block,low productivity,high discharge temperature,bad transfer effect between drying chamber and the cooling chamber and salt waste.To solve these problems,the technical reforms on wet salt feed,fluidized bed internal components layout,heat exchanger expansion,increasing media efficiency of fluidized bed,powder salt recycling and drying process have been carried out.Economic benefit analysis of after technical reforms indicates obvious and economic benefit can be achieved.
