重点流域水污染防治“十二五”规划的总体设计

The Overall Design for Water Pollution Control of Major River Basins in the 12th Five-Year Plan

国家重点流域水污染防治"十一五"规划实施以来,取得了显著进展,80%考核断面水质达标,60%规划治污项目完成。为进一步提高流域规划编制的科学性和执行的有效性,重点流域水污染防治"十二五"规划力求在治污思路、管理方略等方面取得突破,以求能提高治污效益,显著改善水环境质量。

Water pollution control of major river basins was proved to be effective during the 11th Five-year Development Program: 80% of the assessment section met the water quality requirements,and 60% of pollution control programs completed successfully.In order to enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of the river basins planning,water pollution control in major river basins during the 12th Five-year Development Program must strive to make breakthroughs in the aspect of strategy and management,and in this way the environment,especially water qualitys could be improved significantly.
